Spam folders can be a real pain-in-the-you-know-what when you’re missing important emails. Because our emails are often sent through a customer management system, on occasion, they will hit the spam of death. To ensure this doesn’t happen to you, it’s easy to “whitelist” our email address. Depending on your email provider, refer to the following steps to mark our emails as SAFE SENDERS!
Click on the little down-pointing-triangle-arrow next to “reply.”
Click “Add to contacts list”
Right-click on the email you received (in the list of emails)
Click Junk E-mail
Click Add Sender to Safe Senders List
Click the Home tab
Click Junk E-mail Options
Click Safe Senders
Enter email@example.com and additional information if you wish
Click Contacts in the right toolbar.
Click Add Contact.
Click Add Contact button
Open the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book
Click Add to contacts next to firstname.lastname@example.org
On the Add Contact popup, add additional information if needed
